This year, the Kids Parade will begin at City Hall. Pre-registration ends on July 2, at 4:30pm.

City Hall will be closed Monday, May 25, 2026 in observance of Memorial Day. Payments can be made at rockytoptn.org or placed in the night drop.

Just a reminder! Property Taxes are due tomorrow, February 28. We are open today from 8:00am-4:30pm. You can also pay taxes online at rockytoptn.org.

I know paying property taxes is not something anybody is excited to do….. but just a reminder- February 28th is the last day without interest. You can pay online, mail them in,(I honor postmark) pay at any of our locations today, or our drivethru in Clinton next to the courthouse will be open tomorrow (Saturday 28th) from 9-12.
