At the request of TEMA, we have deployed a crew to Hickman County, TN, alongside crews from other Clinton City departments, to assist with clearing roadways impacted by the recent ice storms. As of the last update, just under 600 miles of roadway still needed to be cleared of debris and downed trees. Weโre proud to support our neighbors during recovery efforts. Stay safe out there.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Clinton Dominoโsยฎ and NFPA Partner with the Clinton Fire Department to Promote Fire Safety
Local residents may receive free pizza for properly functioning smoke alarms
CLINTON, Tenn., Oct. 2, 2025 โ Clinton Dominoโs, located at 125 W. Broad St, and the National Fire Protection Association are teaming up with the Clinton Fire Department to promote fire safety during Fire Prevention Week, Oct. 5โ11.
On Monday, Oct. 6, from 1- 6 p.m., customers who order a Dominoโs pizza may be randomly selected for a special surprise: their delivery could arrive with a fire engine. If the smoke alarms in their home are working, the pizza is free. If the alarms are not working, firefighters will replace them or install new batteries.
โFire safety is essential,โ said Kimberly Black, Clinton Dominoโs franchisee. โWeโre very excited to partner with NFPA and the fire department for a program that not only promotes the safety of our friends and neighbors but rewards those who prioritize fire safety.โ
This yearโs Fire Prevention Week theme is โCharge Into Fire Safetyโข: Lithium-Ion Batteries in Your Home.โ To help spread awareness, Clinton Dominoโs will also place flyers with fire safety tips on top of pizza boxes. The tips will include information on how to safely buy, charge and recycle lithium-ion batteries.
โFire continues to present real risks to the public, particularly at home, where the majority of U.S. home fire deaths happen,โ said Jeff Little, fire chief of Clinton Fire Department. โHaving working smoke alarms in the home is critical to safety, giving people the time needed to escape safely. We hope to share some simple but effective tips through our partnership with Dominoโs.โ
To participate, customers can call Clinton Dominoโs at 865-259-7972 to place an order and be eligible for fire engine delivery.

Today, several members of the Clinton Fire Department took part in memorial stair climbs across the area to honor the 343 firefighters, law enforcement officers, EMS personnel, and all others who lost their lives in the September 11th attacks.
Each step was a reminder of their sacrifice and a way to ensure their memory lives on. We will never forget.
