Today is day 7 of the "Life is Good" challenge !
10 days, 10 photos that make me happy !

These photos make me so happy, because
the linking rings are always a highlight in my magic shows. I got my first set when I was 14 or so, in Myrtle Beach South Carolina.
When you toured the old
"Ripley's Believe It or Not" museums, you exited into a magic shop. Gatlinburg TN had one, too.

Larry Bounds, the magician who taught the magic classes I'd just taken, had relocated to SC and was working in the magic shop and sold them to me.
I still have them, as well as 10 other sets, LOL.

These photos make me so happy, because some of the most fun jobs I've ever had were working in magic shops.

I managed Eddie's Tricks & Costumes in Knoxville TN, the 90s. I met so many friends !
I co-managed 2 of Doc's Magic Shops in
Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg TN, in the 2000s.
And I had my own little flea mart magic shop in Tri Cities TN, for 2 years the 2010s.

Its great experience and you get to
do magic for, lots of people !

It's a beautiful evening in Elizabethon TN,
and I'm all set up for a 7:30 magic show ! 🎩🎭
* Its party night / movie night in Kiwanis park *

These photos make me so happy, because
I always enjoy being a part of Chattanooga Zoo's
"BOO in the Zoo !" event ! (I think these were from 2017, 2019 and 2021 )

I'm looking forward to performing magic, tomorrow
evening June 24, at Kiwanis Park in Elizabethon TN
for "party night and movie night in the park" !
I also enjoyed being at the Covered Bridge Days festival last September (and I'll be back this year)
as well as at the Covered Bridge's 140th Birthday
Party last February !

my late "Sweet Pea" brought smiles to SO many
kids young and old. She was beautiful and
she always stole the show !

Santa's Land in Cherokee NC, after the years long magician Gene Hive retired. : )

I'm so excited to be performing magic again at
the Sevier County Fair in Sevierville TN !

This will be my third year at this wonderful county fair with lots of rides, games and a petting zoo for the kids ! Then there are all the things we grew up with:
4H exhibits, baking competitions, art contests,
photography contests, trade exhibits, food vendors,
iron skillet tossing, live music and MAGIC !

The fair goes from August 30th to September 5th

Tuesday - August 30
I'll be strolling throughout the fairgrounds 5 - 8

Wednesday - August 31
I'll be doing 2 shows - 5:15, 6:15

Thursday - September 1
I'll be doing 3 shows - 4:30, 5:30, 6:30

Friday - September 2
I'll be strolling from 5 - 7:15,
then one show - 8:00

Saturday - September 4
AND
Sunday - September 4
I'll be entertaining the admission lines, then strolling

Monday - September 5
LABOR DAY
I'll be strolling - 5 till 8
