Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) today announced the expansion of its Homeownership for Heroes program to include Tennessee teachers. This program provides an interest rate reduction on THDA Great Choice home loans to help eligible Tennesseans achieve homeownership.

THDA Executive Director Ralph Perrey is excited to launch this expansion during National Teacher Appreciation Week. “Educators invest every day in our children and our future, and we are excited about the opportunity to further assist teachers on their path to homeownership,” Perrey said.
