Today is World Mental Health Day. Mental health is an important part of overall well-being at every age.

For older adults, staying connected, engaged, and supported can play an important role in mental well-being. At Nevada Senior Services, we create opportunities for clients to build meaningful friendships, participate in engaging activities, express themselves creatively, and feel connected to their community.

We believe caring for the whole person means supporting both physical and mental well-being.
