Swift actions save 7-year-old stroke victim According to doctors, kids don't usually have strokes. But for 7-year-old Mason Payne, he suffered one that doctors say could have taken his life if it wasn't for his parents and medical staff.
We received some fantastic news while camping this week... Larson gets to stop his twice daily Lovenox (anticoagulant) Injections.
While we still don't know what caused the tear in his artery, (His VAD) the specialist believes it is safe to stop this medication.
We hope that will help his arthritic symptoms and as long as it's not too hot he may be able to play on the playground at school again. (He will still have to take aspirin)
In the video he corrects Deanne that he had an MRA, not an MRI

Very well written by a very strong advocate, Kaysee Hyatt.
We Weren't Meant to Do This Alone "As parents, we all feel we have to defend ourselves and our love when we admit to these feelings. We don’t."
Larson had a wonderful time throwing out the first pitch with his friend Jerry this evening.
