In more positive news today, although Fort Ligonier Days was rained out, the local businesses are still open and some re-enactors are still here. They share the same dedication that I will display in Harrisburg!

Had an amazing lunch at The Wicked Googly, too!

There were no storms today, but more political signs have been vandalized. This morning I was on my way to a volunteer event for Urban-Rural Action and they were there. By the time I got back there were 2 tossed into the woods and 1 was bent over and stepped on, you can see the shoe pattern here. They're fixed now. Nobile I saw you there this morning at 8:20am with an orange bag, do you have any knowledge of what happened?

Volunteered for Urban Rural Action at the Mon Valley Intentional Connection Fair in Palmer Park this evening. Donora is the hometown of Congressional Candidate Alan Bradstock and it shows, his signs and people wearing his pins and T-Shirts were everywhere!

More volunteering tomorrow, will hopefully get to Fort Ligonier Days also!

The Young Democrats and Republican Club at UPG really put together a fine event! I am so disappointed that the House Session started late today and our opponents couldn't make it to let their views be known. It was an absolute joy to share the stage with Rob Francis for PA 57 again!

We stayed after to speak with attendees but I did leave early enough to barely make it home in time to watch Governor Josh Shapiro debate Treasurer Garrity. It's a shame she no longer wants to fulfill her pledge to serve a full term as Treasurer.

I can't speak for the Republican candidates, but Rob Francis for PA 57 and I will be there!

If you’re free this Wednesday, come hear from the candidates in PA-57 and PA-59!

The Pitt Greensburg Political Organizations are hosting their second candidate forum. Come out, hear directly from the candidates, and learn more about the people running to represent our communities.

Check out the flyer for all the details!

Truly thankful to Greater Westmoreland County Labor Council President Michael Hartung not only for the endorsement and the many invitations to events but for the wisdom, compassion, and understanding he demonstrates while working towards his goals for the cause.

Last night's Labor Recognition Dinner (10-03-2026) was another step on the path to bringing back the Union's best years! This year's honorees have worked so hard and I'm glad they received the recognition they deserve but I noticed a lot of the smaller contributions from individuals and organizations that helped everyone get to this point and I have a profound appreciation for them. Together is the way forward!

Door knocking in Donegal today because every square foot of District 59 deserves to have access to their political candidates!

Knocking on so many doors can work up a hunger! Glad we stopped at a Denny's in Latrobe that I've been going to since I was a kid, and now they have a promotional offer where a purchase of a caramel apple lemonade results in money being donated to feed hungry kids! It was so nice to have been granted this opportunity, so I got 2!

Another day about community, leadership, and the environment. When I'm not helping students get food, I'm knocking doors or asking the hard but pragmatic questions at local events.
