🇺🇸 LCRP OCTOBER MONTHLY MEETING RECAP

Thank you to everyone who joined us Monday evening for our October monthly meeting!

We are continuing to work toward Election Day and getting Republicans across Lexington County informed and engaged.

At Monday’s meeting:

• The LCRP Executive Committee approved funds for Get-Out-The-Vote (GOTV) efforts across Lexington County as we work to turn out Republican voters for the November 3 General Election.

• We heard directly from 10 school board candidates across three Lexington County school districts, giving members an opportunity to hear from candidates and learn more about the important local races on the November ballot. School board races are nonpartisan and appear toward the bottom of your ballot. Please do your research on the candidates and support those who align with your values. See a list of those who spoke, below.

• We distributed postcards that will go to targeted voters as part of our GOTV efforts, helping encourage Republican voters to participate in the November 3 election.

• We also had Palmetto Family Council Voter Guides available to distribute to voters. The guides include helpful information about statewide candidates and important platform issues. Learn more at palmettofamily.org.
