🥩 HIGH‑PROTEIN LOW‑CARB MEAL

WildFitLife Garlic Butter Salmon Bowl

Ingredients:

• 6 oz salmon
• broccoli
• cauliflower rice
• 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
• garlic, lemon, salt, pepper

Instructions:

Season and cook salmon (pan-sear or bake).
Sauté broccoli and cauliflower rice with garlic and butter.
Serve salmon over veggies and squeeze lemon on top.

Approximate macros:

Protein: ~40g
Carbs: ~10–12g
Fat: ~22g
