1. Core Commitment
All members must:
Believe in justice, equality, and human dignity for all people.
Oppose racism, fascism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, and all forms of oppression.
Support community empowerment and collective liberation.
2. Active Participation
Members are expected to:
Attend meetings regularly (in person or virtual).
Contribute to at least one action, event, or campaign per quarter.
Assist in outreach, education, or organizing efforts when possible.
Stay informed on group initiatives and communications.
3. Nonviolence & Discipline
The organization prioritizes strategic, disciplined activism.
Members must follow agreed-upon action guidelines during demonstrations.
No unauthorized actions under the organization’s name.
De-escalation and community safety are mandatory values.
4. Accountability & Conduct
No harassment, intimidation, or discrimination within the group.
Respect internal debate and democratic decision-making.
Conflicts should be resolved through internal mediation processes.
Violations may result in probation or removal by group vote.
5. Security & Confidentiality
Do not share internal strategies, member information, or plans publicly without approval.
Practice digital and in-person security awareness.
Protect fellow members’ privacy at all times.
6. Community First
The group serves the people — not personal ego, profit, or political clout.
No using the organization’s name for personal gain.
Any fundraising must be transparent and approved.
7. Solidarity Clause
Stand in solidarity with aligned movements and communities.
No collaboration with oppressive organizations or individuals.
Unity does not mean uniformity — respectful diversity of thought is welcome.
8. Membership Process
Attend one introductory meeting.
Complete an orientation session.
Sign the Code of Conduct.
Participate in a probationary period (30–60 days).
Full membership confirmed by leadership or vote.
