#20 Sequoia National Park

Sequoia National Park gets its name from none other than the giant sequoia, the largest trees in the world by volume. The park contains the largest known tree, General Sherman, as well as four more of the world’s ten largest trees. In addition to these behemoths is Mount Whitney, the highest point in the contiguous United States, rising nearly 14,500 feet.
