How bad are they?😎
My dad and I are building a 12x12 shed with a 5/12 pitch. The rafters are kicking my butt. How bad are the angles and nailing? Are they okay? Should I get some of the metal rafter brackets for additional support? Any tips to help with the remaining 8 rafters. All info is appreciated.

Garage sill board not aligned with slab Along the two sides of the garage, the sill board is hanging over the edge of the slab on one end, and even with the slab on the other end. It appears as if the slab was poured a little out of square and the framers have compensated.
Is it a problem with the sill board hanging over like this? Or is this common?

Railing guys ruined your deck project , what do you do? Contractor hired me to build deck, and a separate railing company to do the railings. Railing guys butchered my composite deck. I’m paid and not too worried, but trying to help my contractor with a decent solution. What would you do? Or how would you go about approaching this. (Meeting tomorrow with me, contractor, & railing guy)
