We want more affordable housing, but not at the cost of displacing tenants from their neighborhoods. LA City’s Affordable Housing streamlining ordinance is an effort to increase affordable housing throughout the City by reducing the time it takes to approve affordable housing projects.
While we want more affordable housing, we want to ensure the preservation of existing housing and for community members to have access to housing opportunities.
Call in and give your public comment in favor of stronger tenant protections and transparency to be included in LA's Affordable Housing Streamlining Ordinance.
