This Friday we are presenting a panel featuring the Los Angeles City Human Rights Department and the Women’s Commission during our weekly lunch meeting
The panel will include Erma Bernard-Gibson who is a Commissioner of the Women’s Commission, appointed by former Mayor Eric Garcetti.
We will learn about the history, purpose, projects, and activities of each organization as well as how they operate today to deal with the various challenges related to civil and human rights.
