My dander was at an all-time high from this article about age bias in Communications by Mark Schumann. I have never responded to a post so quickly.

If he’s in his 50s he’s blown his age arbitrary criterion. The market is flush with experienced pros who’d make him a great comm director. I think his theory is unfounded and perhaps illegal.
