Genesis Cruz is a first year student at the University of Southern California, where she is pursuing studies in Law, History, and Culture. Raised in Watts Los Angeles, she has been deeply inspired to advocate for her community. Her passion lies in advocating for issues such as sexual reproductive health, education, environmental justice, human rights, and more.

She’s been practicing yoga for over 8 years and this past December completed her 200hrs YTT so that she may be of service to her community. She wants to give back what she received during her darker days and help be a guide as you find your way back to light.
