We had Baseball practice then set up signs in the Memorial Park Area! My boys are learning to be Community oriented! This is what it’s all about. Teaching our youth to be our future Community Leaders! 💙⚾️🇺🇸

I had a great time today meeting our young voters at UTEP during the Finding My Political Match Event! I had a great time talking to our future leaders! These youth are the future of El Paso! Thank you for the invite! ❤️💙

Proud to serve the only way I know how with Strength and Honor. I was raised to never take the easy way out and to always earn everything that I get. I’m proud to have put my name in the biggest Race in El Paso. I will absolutely give it everything that I have until March 5th. The only way I know how and that’s through hard work. Leo Samaniego always said that you will not appreciate it unless you earn it. I hope I am making you proud Sheriff. You helped me progress quickly through the Sheriff’s Office getting on at the age of 20. Spending 11 months as a Detention Officer and being involved in a Shooting my Second week as a Deputy being the only Rookie to receive an award (Medal of Honor) while still on the FTO Program. I was asked if I was going to quit and my response was “this is what I signed up for”. 27 + years later Sheriff “this is what I signed up for”!

Teaching our Austin STUCCO kids that action speaks louder than. words and to be Servants to our Community. We have been doing these cleanups around the Austin area for the past 5 years making a difference. These kids are our future Community Leaders who understand that holding any position means working for others through ACTION not WORDS! 👊💙

Growing up poor has always taught me to fight through adversity and to stand on my own two feet. As I see some of my signs being stolen I was taught to always respect other people”s things through mutual respect. Anybody that truly know me will tell you that this motivates me even more to fight for a better tomorrow and against corruptive measures for self gain. I thank God for making me the man I am and putting me through tribulations that has given me the strength to never give up. Some give thanks and praise only at time of need. I give thanks and praise everyday for my life, my family, and for being raised to be a servant to my Community.
