My heart is so heavy.
So I’m going to lean against my tree for a while.
Everything in the world is so crazy right now. Hearts are breaking. And heartbreak and grief can feel like anger. But it’s really pain. It’s trauma. It’s grieving the loss of safety. The loss of familiar.
In moments like this- I try to remember
Every situation is either an offering of love. Or a call for love.
The world is screaming for love.
Humanity is screaming for love.
But our sacred hearts. .
our hearts are whispering for love.
Quiet whispers being muffled by shockwaves of violence released in the collective energy.
Can we answer the call for love?
Can we be the love we need?
Find something or someone who reminds you of all the hope that remains in the world.
Find a reason to love and offer love.
Don’t just hope you stumble upon a reason to love. Search it out. Find it.
Your Light is needed most in times of darkness.
You can always change.

1. Connect to your heart
2. Take slow, regulated breaths. Ensure your exhale is longer than your inhale.
3. Focus and feel an elevated emotion like gratitude or love
And that’s it.
Five minutes of this breathing technique is suggested to receive optimal results, but if all you have is 60 seconds to find your center - use them wisely.
With practice, you can literally reset your nervous system (Body, mind, heart and energy) with a few breaths.
