HUGE day for expanding public transportation in Los Angeles!!

We officially broke ground on the North Hollywood to Pasadena BRT project. We will soon have a safe and convenient way to travel between North Hollywood and Pasadena, with 2 stations in CD 2 (NoHo Metro station and Vineland/Hesby).

I’m so proud that my work in the State Assembly through SB 1 is funding this incredible project.

People can get to jobs they couldn’t reach before. Students can get to campuses more easily. Families can spend less time commuting and more time together. And small businesses along this corridor can see more foot traffic.

The more we connect our communities, the more our region will benefit because when transportation actually works, everything else starts to work better too.
