💼 RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage executive emails, calendar, and business documentation
• Handle client, parent, and professional communications
• Assist with marketing, branding, and multi-platform digital and social media strategy
• Run executive errands and administrative operations
• Support daily operations across multiple business entities

📋 REQUIREMENTS

• Currently pursuing or holds a degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
• Highly organized with strong business awareness
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Google Workspace, and Canva
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills

• Travel required (domestic & occasional international)
• Must be open to traveling on short notice
• Must have a flexible schedule and availability to meet business demands

• Part-Time: 3–4 hours per day (Monday–Friday)
• $20–$25 per hour (based on experience)
