Landscape Efficiency Assistance Program 03/23/2026

LADWP is excited to share its new program, the Landscape Efficiency Assistance Program (LEAP) which provides single family residential customers in disadvantaged communities (DAC) FREE turf removal, installation of new California Friendly Gardens, and/or high-efficiency irrigation upgrades. The goals of LEAP are to encourage sustainable landscape practices, promote water conservation, and provide water savings that will help alleviate financial burdens on residents in DACs.

The program is funded by a grant from the California Department of Water Resources (DWR) and ends December 31, 2026, or until funds are exhausted. Be sure to take advantage of this free program while it is available!
