Received a request from a community member urging Lubbockites to call Rep Jodey Arrington's office to let him know that we do not support this violent president. We can demand that he be removed from office! This is a great way to engage with politics, not just in this moment! If you are interested in taking this action, you can call Jodey Arrington's office:

Lubbock office: (806)763-1611
DC Office: 202-225-4005

You can also contact a full list of your representatives by entering your address at:

Was asked to share this event with y'all! Being put on by PFlag Lubbock and TENT. It's an important topic and a free community event. Check it out!

Heightened Scrutiny explores the lived experiences of transgender individuals and the ongoing fight for equality, dignity, and legal protection. The film offers a powerful look at the human impact of discriminatory policies and the resilience of those advocating for change. This special screening invites the Lubbock community to learn, reflect, and engage in meaningful conversation.
