I am now the Fundraising Chairman for the Manchester Republican Committee GOP. Let's raise some funds for our 2026 & 2027 candidates!

I am a Republican with fiscal and constitutional conservative values. I prefer limited government spending, lower property taxes, controlled spending of the School Budget, and control of non-essential city-wide spending. I want to take care of Ward 4 constituents. Those are my five most important issues I base my campaign on. To learn more about me, go to my website: friendsofpaullaferriere.com. See you at the polls on election day, November 4!

Aldermen Kantor and Sapienza will be presenting a new budget that comes well below what the Democrats budget ever could! I thank them and the Republicans for doing what THE PEOPLE have asked them to do:
Go back to the drawing board and come up with a better budget! And they did just that! THEY LISTENED!

Which taxpayers in Manchester can afford a 12% property tax hike proposed by the Democrats? My Ward 4 Alderman Fajardo and School Board Want, they prefer their budget by the democrats, therefore taxing us out of our homes with wasteful spending!

Don’t tell me their budget proposal was “non-partisan” and this includes the school budget. It was.

And now the School Board wants autonomy and decide their budget à la carte blanche? Heck no! And not only hack no, but NEVER! Time to make the SB a department responsible To The People and not the wants and whims of their needs through the taxpayers pockets!

Come Tuesday and support the budget presented by Aldermen Kantor and Sapienza. Time to get this spending under control!

Ward 8 Alderman Ed Sapienza and Ward 6 Alderman Crissy Kantor have proposed an alternative to the Democratic budget.
It starts with Ruais’ proposal, which increases the tax rate by 3%, makes a handful of changes, and comes in with a tax increase of just 2.8%.
It raises spending by a little more than $800,000 over the current budget.
Sapienza told Girard at Large he reached out to other GOP aldermen to see if they wanted to work together and was told they were working on their own budget.

On this Memorial Day, let us remember all our Army, Marines, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, and many others that paid the ultimate sacrifice and died to defend our nation, and other nations, so that we in America may enjoy the freedoms we have today. God bless my brothers and sisters and Thank You for your service. You are the true heroes that we are blessed with.

Hey Alderman Bill Barry, you keep forgetting something, the Aldermen WORK FOR THE CITIZENS OF MANCHESTER. We didn’t have to threaten our Republican Alderman, we simply had our voices heard! You and the Democrats on our Manchester School Board (Which there are no Republicans on it) didn’t listen. You failed the constituents. The SB went crazy on spending!
And DEMOCRACY PREVAILED!

The voice of the people IS powerful. I recommend you listen to everyone, not just pick and choose.
Thanks again to the Republican Aldermen that did say “Just Say No” to the budget and override the tax cap.
