“I strongly believe in listening to people and understanding their concerns, and I look forward to making progress on community issues so that Marcellus can thrive.” – Marlene Spencer, Candidate for Marcellus Town Councilor

Marlene Spencer is a hometown girl who grew up in Marcellus, graduated from Marcellus High School, and raised her two children in Marcellus. She also spent over 26 years working at the Department of Veterans Affairs in Syracuse, helping to ensure that thousands of veterans from our region received critical services. Marlene believes in having honest conversations and seeking solutions that work for our community. Thanks to her regular attendance at the bi-monthly Marcellus Town Board meetings, she is up to speed and ready to get to work for Marcellus.

Vote MARLENE SPENCER for Marcellus Town Councilor!

ALERT: We are noticing that lawn signs for Democratic candidates in Marcellus have been moved and obscured from sight. You may want to take your lawn signs in at night. As a reminder, Marcellus Republicans spent hundreds of dollars of their donated funds in an unsuccessful attempt at getting our Democratic candidates for Town Supervisor and Town Councilor removed from the ballot. There are dirty politics afoot in our community and there are people who do not want voters to have a free, fair and open choice at the polls.
