As of today, The Cobb County Superior Court Clerk's Office is currently 69 days behind on Civil Indexing and 83 days behind on Criminal Indexing. This means documents filed after 11/3/23 (Civil) and 10/20/23 (Criminal) are still not available online to the public. This delay not only hinders public access but also raises concerns about the timely notification of court proceedings for citizens and their attorneys, posing a serious threat to our justice system and leaving our community with a deficit of trust in the clerk's office.
