I want to take a moment to address some of the negative comments and personal remarks that have been made about me on social media.

I know there have been questions about my education and whether my credentials are legitimate. I am completely transparent about my background, and I have the transcripts, degrees, and certifications to verify my education and training.

I’ve chosen not to respond until now, and honestly, it saddens me that it has come to this. I’m human, and words hurt, but I also know who I am, what I believe, and the values I strive to live by. Those who truly know me know my heart, character, and integrity.

We may have different political views and still choose to treat one another with kindness and respect. I welcome honest and respectful conversations, and I’m always willing to listen. I simply do not believe there is a place for rude, hateful, or degrading behavior toward anyone, including me or my family.

This November, Republicans, Democrats, and independent voters will each make their own choice for Grant County. I respect that right and will continue to focus on my experience, my community, and earning your trust.

I pray that we can all choose grace, kindness, and peace. My identity is rooted in my faith and in Jesus, and I will continue to let my actions speak for who I am.

With that, I’m choosing to move forward—with grace, faith, and respect. ❤️
