Forever Home Design At FHD, our Occupational Therapists provide comprehensive Person/Environment Home Safety Assessments that are customized to each client!

Our Occupational Therapists will assess your capabilities within your home as well as assess the home environment using our comprehensive assessment to improve independence and increase safety and function in your home. Our Certified Aging In Place Specialists can identify and make home modification recommendations to help adults live independently and safely in their own homes and to meet the specific functional needs of the individual. Our Certified Falls Specialists can assess your Fall Risk and provide recommendations on balance, stretching, strengthening and safety. Preventing falls is a must!
