General information

In 2013 the Memphis city Council passed an ordinance designating revenues generated from the Red Light Cameras for distribution to help neighbohroods with crime prevention efforts in their communities.

The Office of MANW provides grant funds through the NCPG, and additional resources to assist neighborhoods in that effort. In addition, the NCPG encourages citizen involvement and promotes social interaction through active group patrols and volunteer opportunities.
