The Raleigh Community Council is a civic body of Memphis residents supporting economic development. The RCC has been in existence since the 1970's.
Raleigh Community Council (RCC) is a regional group of citizens that look over and care for the Raleigh Area in Memphis, TN. When there are zoning issues in the Raleigh Area, the Memphis and Shelby county governments send that information to the RCC to let their board check it out and give their opinions on the zoning changes that have been sent in.
