Dear Community Members,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you that we have decided to extend the deadline for the crime prevention grant application from May 15th to May 17th at 4:00 pm.
We understand the importance of ensuring that everyone has adequate time and resources to complete the application to the best of their abilities. Therefore, we believe this extension will allow applicants to submit comprehensive and well-prepared proposals.
Additionally, on May 15th, I will be available at the Officer Redd Library located at 5094 Poplar Ave, Memphis, TN 38117, from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. Please feel free to stop by during this time if you have any questions, need assistance with your application, or wish to submit any documents in person.
Your dedication to keeping our neighborhoods safe is commendable, and we sincerely thank you for your commitment. We look forward to receiving your applications and working together to enhance crime prevention efforts in our community.
