Congratulations to the Houston High School Class of 2026 graduates and their families!!!🖤🎉🩶🎓👏

For five years this has been one of my favorite evenings of the year!
I am thankful for Mrs. Healy and Mr. Morrison’s partnership and collaboration. Their extremely talented students have no doubt been the beneficiaries.

For eight years, I’ve had a seat at the table and gained a deep understanding of how local school systems are funded in Tennessee. Germantown is now at a crossroads. If we fail to adequately fund our school district, we will not be able to sustain it long-term. And if GMSD falters, our beloved city will feel the impact in ways that cannot be undone. The time is now. Our community leadership must prioritize a long range investment strategy in our future.

Germantown continues to 'take bites' out of Houston High upgrades Germantown Municipal School District is making progress with its master plan, but it can’t make large improvements without investment from the city.

I can’t wait to enjoy this performance tonight! There’s still time for you to make a show!

A memorable night at Cordova High School as your Houston Mustangs win 6-0 over Kingsbury to secure win number 900 for Coach Wolff. 900 wins doesn’t happen by accident. It’s years of dedication, lessons, and pushing his players to be better every day. Congrats Coach!
