Summer is here and our Great Summer Camps are underway! Recently, we stopped by White Station Middle School, where students are participating in a Food Science STEM Camp. Students have been able to learn from food scientist, Ali Manning of UMAMI Food Consulting.

In her work she exposes students to new opportunities in the food industry while also working to transform generational health.

Kingsbury High School senior and valedictorian Juan C. is probably one of the few students in MSCS who has chosen to dedicate his life to God, the Catholic Church, and his community. His strong sense of vocation, combined with determination and humility, makes him an inspiring role model for other young people who may be considering a religious calling.

At first, Juan wanted to pursue a career in meteorology or diesel automotive mechanics. However, at the beginning of this year, he realized that he was destined to be an ordained clergy. “If God wants me to do that, then I will say yes, and I won’t turn Him down,” Juan said.
