We extend our sincere appreciation to the Organization of American States (OAS) for hosting the IX Inter-American Week of Indigenous Peoples and for creating a space where Indigenous peoples and communities throughout the Americas could participate, engage in dialogue, and share their perspectives.

It was an honor for Chief to participate in the conversation on Strengthening Participation and Dialogue between Indigenous Peoples and the OAS, providing an opportunity for the Xi-Amaru Republic to have a voice and representation in this important dialogue.

We are equally grateful for the opportunity to share photographs representing our people, leadership, and the inauguration of the Aboriginal Ministry of Justice as part of the week’s recognition of Indigenous communities. https://www.oas.org/ext/es/principal/calendario/evento/id/1906

Opportunities for Indigenous peoples to speak for ourselves, represent our communities, share our experiences, and participate in conversations that concern Indigenous peoples are deeply important.

Thank you to the OAS Office of Relations with Civil Society (ORCS), the Office of the Assistant Secretary General (OASG), and everyone who contributed to making this week possible.

We are grateful to have participated and represented the . 🪶🌎

What Does It Mean to Receive a Final Judgment for Removal from Xi-Amaru Jurisdiction?

A Final (default) Judgment for Removal is a formal legal ruling issued by the Aboriginal Ministry of Justice on behalf of the Xi-Amaru Republic, which declares that:

The individual is no longer under the protection, legal authority, or jurisdiction of the Xi-Amaru Republic and is officially revoked of all rights, duties, and recognition as a tribal citizen or national.

This means:

You are no longer considered a citizen or national of the Xi-Amaru Republic.
You are no longer subject to the laws, protections, or entitlements of our jurisdiction.

Your identity and relationship with the nation is fully severed.

The story of slavery and colonial oppression in the Americas is often told through a singular lens—focused mostly on plantation systems, transatlantic trade, and chattel slavery. But for Xi-Amaru Native Americans, the reality is much more complex.

Their understanding of colonial oppression is not only tied to physical bondage—but to identity loss, forced reclassification, and jurisdictional erasure that happened across many different lands and forms throughout the American continents.

Slavery may have ended on paper, but the true chains were mental, legal, and spiritual—woven through the loss of land, language, and Indigenous identity. For Xi-Amaru Native Americans, freedom is not a date in history—it is the ongoing restoration of who we are, where we come from, and who gover...

Restoring a Nation: Nnakina Xi-Amaru Fears

Xi-Amaru Native Americans are the Repairers of the breach.

Those from among you Shall build the old waste places; You shall raise up the foundations of many generations; And you shall be called the Repairer of the Breach, The Restorer of Streets to Dwell In.

Who you are connected to matters‼️‼️Joshua 7

The land is open. Mark 3:27

Not because the enemy is powerful.
Because the people gave him the door.

Every “freedom” that celebrates what God calls an abomination is not progress.
It’s a portal.

Legal ground.

And when the enemy has legal ground, God’s hand of protection lifts.
That’s not theology. That’s covenant law. Deuteronomy 28 is still in your Bible.

Sexual immorality. Unequal yokes. Altars to false gods dressed in the language of tolerance and self-expression.
These aren’t just personal sins.
They are open gates over a nation.

This is why Islam advances so easily.
Not because it is stronger.
Because the people who carry the covenant are too compromised to stand.
A weakened, idolatrous people cannot hold territory.
Spiritually or naturally.

The enemy doesn’t need to fight hard when the house is already unlocked from the inside.

So what’s the answer?

Jesus said it plainly.
“If your right eye causes you to sin, tear it out and throw it away. It is better to lose one part than for your whole body to be thrown into hell.”

Cut the ungodly relationships.
Break the altars.
Come out of the unequal yokes.

Not because it’s easy.
Because your life… and this land… depend on it. 1 Corinthians 6:9-10

The Americas are not falling because God is weak.
They are falling because His people refuse to be separate.

Holiness is not a suggestion.
It’s a weapon and without it there is no hope. It doesn’t matter how big your army is. 2 Chronicles 7:14, 1 Thessalonians 4:3-5

I’m not judging I’m just a sinner who once was blind but now I’m free.
