🎀 October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month 💗

Today, my heart and prayers are with every woman and family whose life has been touched by breast cancer. To those currently fighting, those celebrating survivorship, and those remembering loved ones they’ve lost, I'm thinking of you and please continue to smile and believe! 🩷🙏🏽

💕 Ladies, please make your health a priority! Schedule your annual wellness visits, know your body, and talk with your healthcare provider about when to begin mammograms and how often to be screened. Early detection can save lives!

My Prayer: Heavenly Father, I lift up every person facing breast cancer. Strengthen their bodies, comfort their hearts, and give them peace during the difficult moments. Guide the hands of their medical teams, surround their families with love, and renew their hope each day. May those grieving feel Your presence and those in treatment experience Your sustaining grace. In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏🏽 💗

FEMA Federal Emergency Management Agency and the Small Business Association will be at Merrillville Branch and Lake Station-New Chicago Branch October 8, 9, and 10 to answer questions, provide one-on-one help, and share other recovery resources.
