I’ve seen too many listings these days that have a digitally altered photo for every single picture.

The AI photo is beautiful! Makes me want to see more and envision myself there.

The problem?

You see the photo of the actual house and its condition and it’s a major let down.

I’ve had multiple buyers tell me they don’t want to see so many AI-generated photos.

1-2 seems sufficient - you shouldn’t list a home you’re asking $400k for with digitally altered images that would make it cost $650k.

Thoughts? I’d love to hear them.
