We are incredibly proud to announce that our very own Tom Rose has been named ASA’s Superintendent of the Year. This well-deserved recognition stems from the outstanding leadership and dedication Tom brought to the successful construction of the new Saguaro Creek K8 School last year in Tucson.

Tom’s leadership and commitment to excellence have continued to make a lasting impact at Concord, including his promotion to General Superintendent at the end of last year — another reflection of the hard work, passion, and care he brings to our clients, partners, teams, and community.

Way to go, Tom! We are lucky to have you on our team. 👏

That moment in the first photo — the smile, the fist in the air — says more than words ever could. It was a reminder that this new Teen Challenge Men’s Center is more than just a facility. It is a place where lives will be rebuilt, stories will be rewritten, and people will be given the opportunity for a fresh start.

We are incredibly honored to have partnered with Teen Challenge of Arizona on a project that will make such a meaningful impact in our community for years to come.

For more than 10 years, we’ve had the privilege of serving this community. Last week, we celebrated a milestone that means so much to our team — opening the doors to our very own permanent Lake Havasu office.

Thank you to our amazing partners, clients, and friends who came out to celebrate with us, and to the Lake Havasu Area Chamber of Commerce for hosting our official ribbon cutting.

We’re excited to put down deeper roots in a community that has trusted us for years.
