📝 What is your best tip for new graduates to help them succeed in their new career?

I’ll start: Never do anything you wouldn’t want to explain in a court of law. Or in a “Dear Chief” letter. -Sheila Dacey

This past Friday, I oversaw my first Basic Peace Officer Course graduation as the Interim Director of the Dallas College Law Enforcement Academy. BPOC #127 achieved a couple of things: 1) they all passed their TCOLE exam on their first attempt for a 💯% pass rate, and 2) each of them graduated 🎓 with a job! Congratulations 🎊 👏🏾 to each of you, Lt. Briggs, the Dallas West Campus Coordinator, and all that played a role in achieving your goals!
