This upcoming Saturday we’re making pillows in the park. All materials will be provided for free.
Pillow-making is an easy way to learn how to cut, treat, and hand-sew fabric. The filling will include cotton and several grain options, so pillows can be made soft or firm.
Text 645 220 3282 for more info
If you attend, you’re welcome to donate your pillow to an unhoused person via FNB or keep it. Also… bring food!

This mission statement was written to clarify the activities and intentions of our chapter, as they may differ from others. It’s our first collectively written piece, and was finalized some time in mid-October.

A night on the M**A farm after our 11/14 distro in Brickell. South Florida’s major growing season is from October to May. Pictured are Seminole squash, sweet potato greens, rosemary, papaya, collards and more! We’re looking forward to distributing eggplant, soups and curries soon, especially as it gets colder (it’s still summer in December in Miami).

Photos from our farm day and cooking class on the Miami-Dade Mutual Aid Farm, 08/02/25. We took a tour of the farm and learned about all the fruits, herbs, and vegetables they had to offer. After that, we cooked for distro with folks from the Skunk Ape Liberation Union.
Featured in these pics are green papaya, yuca root, collard greens, lemongrass, and more! This farm is pesticide-free and the primary source of fresh produce for our meals.

In this workshop, hosted by , we will learn about trauma-informed crisis response.
Together, we’ll practice methods for supporting each other in crisis without cops, racism, cisheteropatriarchy, or other tools of systemic domination.
None of us need to know everything, but many things are worth learning and sharing widely because they keep our neighbors alive. Each of us plays a meaningful role in the lives around us, so let’s practice community care together!
We keep us safe!
