The El Portal Police department would wish you a happy and safe new year!

The El Portal Police Department recently participated in the patrol rifle training and certification class. Our Officers learned how to operate maintain and train with our new Daniel Defense patrol rifles in a safe and efficient manner.

A special thanks to the personnel from Apex Training and Security Consultants Sergeant Ramirez and Sergeant Borrego for the amazing training!

The El Portal Police Department would also like to thank our Village Manager ,our Police command staff and the village council for equipping our officers with the best equipment available, allowing us to keep our visitors and residents safe!

Very first Breaching Shield from Dennis of Armored Breach, who offered exceptional service from the demonstration to ordering and purchasing. They have a great product to help keep our officers safe while serving the public.

Happy Veterans Day to our very own Corporal Sanon, Who served in the U.S Army from June of 1986-May of 2015. Corporal Sanon retired at the rank of Master sergeant E-08. Thank you for your continued service and sacrifices. We couldn’t be happier to have you on board continuing to serve the residents of El Portal 🇺🇸🫡
