Minimum Requirements for the EMT Paramedic:
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or general educations degree (GED)
• Must be able to communicate and understand English verbally and in writing
• Current State of Florida EMT Paramedic (Emergency Medical Technician) License (must be valid, current and/or in good standing)
• Valid Driver’s License
• CPR (AHA {American Heart Associations}, Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider or ARC {American Red Cross} CPR for Professional Rescuers) Can be obtained with-in the company.
• EVOC (Preferred, Emergency Vehicle Operators Course) Can be obtained with-in the company.
• ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support
