Another Thursday PFT in South Florida: 90% humidity, 100% effort. Good work by everyone who came out ready to sweat, suffer, and get better.

Friday’s workout with the FAU Women’s Track & Field team was outstanding from start to finish 💪🔥 The effort was high, the mindset was locked in, and the standard never dropped. They competed through every rep, pushed each other when it got uncomfortable, and showed exactly what it means to be disciplined, resilient athletes. The energy and toughness they brought made for a great session. Proud of the way they showed up, worked together, and delivered 🏃‍♀️🏆

Building future Marine Officers doesn’t happen by accident, it takes consistency, discipline, and people willing to show up and uphold the standard. Proud of the effort and commitment from everyone who put in the work today.

This morning, Officer Selection Team Miami marked the 250th birthday of the Marine Corps with an obstacle course and a half Murph — a reminder of the grit, teamwork, and perseverance that define Marines past and present.

For 250 years, the Marine Corps has led from the front, keeping the promise to be first to fight, no matter the cost. Today’s effort honored that legacy of service, sacrifice, and unwavering fidelity to our nation and one another.
