⚽🌎 Today marks the start of FIFA World Cup Month!

The world’s biggest sporting event is coming to Miami-Dade, with the first of seven matches at Hard Rock Stadium set for June 15 as Saudi Arabia takes on Uruguay.

As fans from around the globe unite around the beautiful game, Miami-Dade County is also helping make match day more accessible. Verified ticket holders will be able to take advantage of free match-day transportation through the Miami Game Day Express, connecting fans to the stadium from official transit hubs.

As our community prepares to welcome the world, let’s harness that same energy, passion, and sense of unity to strengthen our democracy.

Great teams win because everyone shows up and plays their part. Strong communities thrive when everyone participates and makes their voice heard.

This World Cup season, let’s score goals for democracy, increase voter participation, and show the world how it’s done in Miami-Dade County. ⚽🗳️
