This week is National Bus Safety week! In an effort to help keep our students safe, the Michigan State Police troopers are reminding everyone that it is illegal to pass a school bus while it is stopped with the red lights flashing and the Stop arm extended. We want to thank all of the police for their attention to this issue. We also want to give a shout out to our INCREDIBLE TK BUS DRIVERS for all they do to help keep every student safe every day!

Page students are making waves in a very positive way! They are "Making Waves of Inclusion." Students each received a "Making Waves of Inclusion" bracelet from Mrs. Shipley and the Special Olympics. Shipley said she hoped students would not only learn what inclusion means, but think about ways they can include others throughout their school day. Students wrote ways they included others on sticky notes placed on Making Waves posters hanging throughout the hallways. Shipley said inclusion is an important lesson "because the simplest action of including someone could turn their whole day around. We used the phrase "Making Waves for Inclusion" because inclusion is like a ripple effect and it will spread and impact many people in a positive way."
