😊 What makes Commission staff smile on ?

Another successful license renewal!

Thank you to Alabama’s real estate professionals, education providers, and Commission staff for helping make the 2026 renewal a success.

With 35,680 licenses renewed for 2027–2028 — and 97% of those renewals completed online — we think that’s worth smiling about. 😁
