More of this—

⭐️ As a wealthy Washingtonian, I support our million dollar earners tax and will be voting NO on Initiative 645 ⭐️

“Just like everyone else who is wealthy, my wealth has been built on top of infrastructure funded by taxpayers, including the public schools I attended, the roads I traveled on, the clean air I breathed, the banking system I relied on, the clean water I drank, the power grid providing electricity to my home, the support for original research that gave rise to innovation, and the protection from disease that public health infrastructure affords us all. Those of us who have done well have a shared responsibility to make sure essential public services will continue to be available to everyone.”

Does anyone know a man named Cody (or Kody) in MLT? What a bittersweet story. 😢

An angel in disguise’: Thanks to the man who helped me say goodbye to Dad, 45 years later

Former Edmonds resident Jill Rosenthal would like to say thanks to a man who helped her find closure, 45 years after her father drowned in Lake Ballinger. A man named Cody (or some variation on the spelling) used his boat to take Rosenthal to the middle of the lake Monday, Oct. 12, so she could leave flowers in her father’s honor. She contacted My MLT News to see if we could help her find Cody.

“We met a guy named Cody, who — to me and my husband — was an angel in disguise. He shared that his grandfather also passed on the Fourth of July. We promised to light off a big firework for each other in honor of our loved ones that passed on the same day years apart. Cody took me out in the middle of the lake and he knew just the perfect spot so the flowers would stay in the lake. Forty-five years later, I said goodbye to my Dad, and Cody helped us.”

Future 42? What’s that? Is that like a local Project 2025 (answer: yes 🚩)?

If you love Project 2025, you’ll love MAGA funded Future 42 too!! Then again, if you love Project 2025, you probably don’t love ME so 🚪 ✌🏽….

➡️ Also, check out Future 42’s 💴 trail. Oh look, Brian Heywood again! 🙄

👏🏽 Major props to Demi Chatters for being a table-flipping truth teller here. And Emily Wicks for a great podcast.

🗳️ Please share this info w fellow Snohomish County voters.
