Week one of our stories in the parks is done! We learned all about dirt, soil, and transplanting. Special thanks to for sharing their knowledge and tomato plants with us this week! Next week we’re digging like archaeologists, so we hope to see you!

This week’s theme is layers of the earth! We are getting messy, singing about dirt, and making little grass farms to take home. Join us TOMORROW, June 2nd at Mary Ellen Meadows 11:30-12:45 for a special storytime and activity with Canyon County Master Gardeners.

Video description: A child’s hands stirs dirt with a spoon in a plastic container, then another child pushes seeds into the dirt. Children are heard talking and shouting in the background.
