April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month and at tonight’s council meeting, Adria Jurhs from the Nampa Family Justice Center (NFJC) shared about the importance of the work done at NFJC to support victims of abuse. The City of Nampa is committed to being a safe and healthy community where people prosper and strongly supports the efforts of national, state, and local partners, and of every citizen, to actively engage in public and private efforts to prevent sexual violence.
