At MHC, our doors are open to everyone. π
This Pride Month, we reaffirm our commitment to providing compassionate, inclusive mental health care to every individual who walks through our doors - regardless of who they are or whom they love.
Studies show that LGBTQ+ individuals face significantly higher rates of anxiety, depression, and substance use. Access to affirming, judgment-free care makes a real difference.
You belong here. We're here for you.

PTSD can affect anyone - veterans, survivors of abuse or violence, first responders, children, and individuals who have experienced trauma in many forms. Healing doesnβt always happen overnight, and no one should feel like they have to navigate it alone.
This National PTSD Awareness Month, we want to remind our community that support is available, treatment works, and recovery is possible. We provide compassionate, whole-person mental health care designed to meet people where they are.
If you or someone you love is struggling, take the first step today. Call 615-743-1555 to connect with services.

As Mental Health Awareness Month comes to a close, we want to remind our community that mental health care isnβt just a once-a-year conversation.
Taking care of yourself can start with small steps - checking in with yourself, reaching out for support, creating space to rest, or talking to someone you trust. Every step matters.
If you or someone you know is ready to take the next step, weβre here to help.

When someone is struggling to put food on the table, focusing on their mental health recovery feels impossible. That's a reality for many of the individuals, children, and families we serve every day - those living with serious mental illness, on TennCare, or uninsured.
So we did something about it.
MHC recently launched our own food bank at our Memphis location, held every Wednesday. Each week, we provide groceries and food staples directly to the people we serve, removing one of the biggest barriers standing between them and stability.
Your donation goes directly toward:
β‘οΈ Stocking our weekly food bank with groceries and essentials
β‘οΈ Supporting those who are on TennCare or uninsured
β‘οΈ Removing food insecurity as a barrier to mental health care
No donation is too small. Every dollar helps us keep our shelves stocked and our community supported.

What a beautiful day of community and care! π
Jaque and Megan from our Columbia office were proud to be a part of the Baby Fair at Edge Church, where more than 160 moms and expecting mothers came together to receive the support and resources they deserve.
Families left with diapers, clothing, formula, wellness checkups, and connections to community resources - everything to help mom and baby thrive during the parenting and postpartum journey.
Showing up for our community in moments like these is exactly what MHC is all about.

There's nothing quite like walking alongside your community.
