☕ Built on family roots, fueled by community.
Inspired by her Italian heritage and the daydreams of her parents’ coffee bar, Marcella Mazzeo created Salonnière with a simple goal: to bring people together.
Over the years, that vision has grown into something much bigger. As the challenges of the pandemic reshaped daily life, Salonnière became a place of comfort, connection, and community. The support of neighbors, friends, and customers helped transform a small coffee shop into one of Nyack’s most cherished gathering spaces, while also bringing generations of Marcella’s own family together through the business.
