Thank you to Nashua-Plainfield School for inviting me to be part of their Youth Day Camp today!

We had a great time learning about environmental health topics, public health concerns, and and home health.

The students also participated in Stop the Bleed training and earned their certificates—an important skill that can help save lives.
It was a great group of kids who were engaged, curious, had great ideas and questions, and eager to learn. Thanks again for the opportunity!

A big thank you to the Chickasaw Event Center for inviting me to speak at today's Tasty Tuesday!

I enjoyed the opportunity to share the services and programs our Environmental Health, Public Health, and Home Health teams provide to support the residents of Chickasaw County. I was also excited to highlight some of our newest initiatives, including the Walk with Ease program, our expanded VaxCare vaccine services, and Combat Cancer.

Thank you to this wonderful group for the warm welcome and engaging conversation. I appreciate the opportunity to connect with our community and we look forward to continuing to serve the residents of Chickasaw County!

Thank you to Nashua-Plainfield School for inviting me to be part of their Youth Day Camp today!

We had a great time learning about environmental health topics, including ways to keep our water safe, public health concerns such as ticks, mosquitoes, and animal bites, and home health by exploring everyday items we use and how they impact our health and safety.

The students also participated in Stop the Bleed training and earned their certificates—an important skill that can help save lives.

It was a great group of kids who were engaged, curious, and eager to learn. Thanks again for the opportunity!

I'm proud to share this post and take a moment to recognize Megan Mueterthies. She doesn't like to take credit, but this pop tab collection effort was her idea and her dream. Her commitment to helping others, her love for her family, and her dedication to Cece inspired this project from the very beginning. Thank you for allowing us to be part of it.

Thanks to all the ones who donated the pop tabs!! Big thanks to Chickasaw County Public Health & Sudols Scrap yard in Nashua for all your help!
We delivered around a total of 300 lbs!!! What a great 1st time collection to support such a great cause. The Ronald McDonalds House Charities are so great for families. This stay I’ve been able to utilize the RMDH food as well! When a child is in the PICU the house supplies warm meals for the families. Then, they have rooms on other levels that have snacks.
Can’t wait to team up with these guys again sometime!
